Your chat messages relate to your health, so we treat them as sensitive. We ask for your explicit consent before you create an account, and you can withdraw it by deleting your account at any time.
We never train AI models on your conversations. Chat messages are sent to our model provider under a no-training business agreement. We do not sell your data.
You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings, which permanently removes your conversations. We keep crisis-flagged conversations for a limited safety window.
